  3.      CCITT  established  a new 'Superfine' mode for fax in  the  Spring  of

  5. 1993.  All Zoom faxmodems Mfr'd until the spring of 1993 were  fully  CCITT
  6.  
  7. 'fax-compliant'  with  the  standards until that point  and  we  cannot  be
  8.  
  9. responsible for any changes in the fax 'standards' after the fact. All Zoom
  10.  
  11. Faxmodems Mfr'd after Spring of 1993, will meet those standards as well.
  12.  
  13.      All  fax machines with the new CCITT "Superfine" mode should be  fully
  14.  
  15. backward  compatible  and  accept  any  fax  from  older  fax  machines  or
  16.  
  17. Faxmodems.  Those that do not, it is the resposibility of the Mfr  of  said
  18.  
  19. fax  machine,  to make it compatible, not the older fax or Faxmodem  to  be
  20.  
  21. made forward compatible.
